COSTS

Express delivery is free for purchases over € 80.00. For all purchases of amounts less than 80 euros the cost of shipping is € 6.80. Delivery is free only on the Italian territory. The courier is not required to assemble the delivered items, and delivery will only take place on the ground floor.

SHIPPING METHODS

For each order received Eurodolciaria S.r.l. issues a receipt (or invoice) for the goods shipped, by sending a copy to the e-mail address entered at the time of the order for the data the information declared by the customer at the time of the order, pursuant to art. 445/2000 and DL 52/2004.
Delivery is to be understood as street level.
In the case of multiple purchases of an item at the same time by several customers, Eurodolciaria S.r.l. reserves the right, once the order has been received, to communicate the non-acceptance of the order, in the event that the item becomes no longer available.

Upon arrival of the courier, the Customer is required to check in the presence of the courier that:
The number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the transport document.
The description on the packages corresponds to what is actually indicated on the transport document.
That the packaging is intact, perfectly sealed, or in any case altered. Any damage to the packaging and / or the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or descriptions, must be immediately reported to the courier, adding the wording INSPECTION RESERVE FOR NOT INTACT PACKAGING, wet packaging or missing pieces etc. therefore the reason for this reservation must be specified on the courier’s proof of delivery. Once the courier’s document has been signed, the customer will not be able to make any objection about the external characteristics of what has been delivered. Eurodolciaria S.r.l. will not be responsible for the goods received in packages that are not intact and accepted without putting the words “INSPECTION RESERVE FOR NOT INTACT PACKAGING”.

Any problems relating to correspondence, completeness or physical integrity of the products received must be reported within three days of delivery by contacting our assistance service via e-mail info@eurodolciaria.ch; for damaged goods, it is necessary to send digital photos to assess the extent of the damage.
In the event of failure to collect within five working days of the material present in storage at the courier’s warehouses due to repeated inability to deliver to the address indicated by the customer at the time of the order or due to refusal of the goods, the order will be automatically canceled and You will be charged for the round trip shipping costs of € 44.00 for individual packages, plus any accrued storage costs and any legal fees necessary for the recovery of the aforementioned amounts.
In the event that you wish to make a gift and therefore the order is intended for another person, Eurodolciaria S.r.l. offers the possibility to enter an address other than the billing address. It will then be possible to indicate an address for shipping and one for billing.

SHIPPING TIMES

All shipments are made within three working days of receipt of payment for the goods indicated as available in the order confirmation. The service is managed by express couriers. When the article is “AVAILABLE”, it means that the product is already present in our warehouses and delivery times are 3 working days (4 days for islands and remote locations). If the article provides, however, “AVAILABLE WITH DELIVERY IN 10-15 DAYS or IN 20-25 DAYS”, intense as working, it means that the product in question must reach us from one of our suppliers for an order. Any delays in delivery (over 25 working days) cannot be attributed to Eurodolciaria S.r.l., as it is not directly responsible.

In the event that in the same order there are items available for immediate delivery together with items to be ordered, the customer will receive a single delivery, when all the goods are available.
